As a traveller using SkarduBooking.com, you are responsible for providing accurate and truthful personal information during the booking process. Your booking constitutes a contractual agreement between you and the hotel vendor, and you agree to be bound by the terms of the booking, including payment obligations, cancellation rules, and any property-specific policies.
You are required to review the details of each property carefully before making a reservation. This includes verifying amenities, room types, pricing, location, and the cancellation policy provided by the vendor. Payments made through SkarduBooking.com must be completed using valid and authorised payment methods. Refunds are subject to the vendor's individual cancellation policy and may not be guaranteed in all cases. In the event of a cancellation, you must notify the platform or the hotel within the timeframe stated by the vendor. Last-minute cancellations or failure to show up may result in full or partial charges, as determined by the property.
SkarduBooking.com acts as a booking intermediary and is not the provider of the accommodation or travel service. We are not responsible for the service quality, safety, or satisfaction during your stay. While we may assist in resolving issues or disputes, we are not legally liable for any problems that arise during or after your booking, including service failures, miscommunication, or acts beyond anyone's control, such as natural disasters or political disruptions.
Guests are expected to respect the rules of each property and the cultural norms of the Gilgit-Baltistan region. Any disruptive behaviour, damage to property, or violation of local laws may lead to denied future access to the platform or legal action by the vendor.

As a hotel vendor or property owner, listing your accommodation on SkarduBooking.com implies that you are either the legal owner or an authorised representative with the right to enter into binding agreements. All information you provide about your property must be complete, up-to-date, and accurate. This includes photos, pricing, amenities, policies, and availability calendars.
By listing on SkarduBooking.com, you agree to manage your bookings actively and honour all confirmed reservations. If you cancel a confirmed booking without a valid reason or fail to provide the agreed-upon services, you may be subject to removal from the platform, loss of payout, or other penalties. Vendors are expected to maintain hospitality standards in cleanliness, safety, and customer care, and to ensure that guests receive the services as advertised.
You will receive payment for bookings minus a commission fee agreed upon between you and SkarduBooking.com. Payouts are processed after guest check-in and according to the payment schedule shared during onboarding. You are responsible for any local taxes or regulations applicable to your business.
SkarduBooking.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts without notice if there is evidence of misconduct, fraud, repeated guest complaints, policy violations, or the misrepresentation of services. We also reserve the right to withhold payments in the event of disputes or contract violations.

All personal data collected on SkarduBooking.com is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your information only to manage bookings, improve service, and for support purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties unless required by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Gilgit-Baltistan and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes or legal claims arising from the use of SkarduBooking.com shall be handled by courts within this jurisdiction.
